The owners Mike and Cary were both closely involved with assuring that the water damage to my bathroom was mitigated promptly, damaged materials removed safely, and bathroom restored back to pre-damaged condition. The water damage occurred after my air conditioner condensation water pump failed and caused water intrusion into my bathroom.

Every person involved with the restoration process who came to my house was kind, professional, and communicated well throughout the process. They kept the rest of my home that was not involved with the restoration clean and assured that they left my house at the end of the day clean. Each person at the home even gave an oral summary of the job that they completed for the day and would show me the work that they accomplished to assure I was satisfied.
